en There was much less grip out there today than we had at the test, which can be seen from the lap times ? we are more than a second slower than last week. That meant the car was a bit tricky to drive, but we can fix that tomorrow morning. Overall, I think McLaren probably have the advantage over us ? but we are where we expected to be.

en This test is very important for Honda and today the track was very hot which didn't help the lap times. Again, Nicky had many things to test. His time wasn't the fastest, but I'm not worried about this, it's a three day test and we have more new things to try tomorrow.

en My start position gave me an advantage over Marcus this morning because the roads were cleaner. The altitude sapped engine power and that made it tricky in corners because there wasn't the same power available as normal to pull the car through the bends. I was surprised how rough it was and I hit a lot of stones. The brakes worked well but they were on the limit in this heat. The thinner air meant they didn't cool in the same way as they would elsewhere.

en It's sore and tight, ... I think I expected it to feel worse the next day, and it did this morning. We treated it all day today, so we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

en I am not happy with my lap this afternoon. It started well, but towards the middle section I began to lose grip and I think this was because the tyre pressures went up higher than we wanted, causing me to slide around. But, looking at the data, it seems it was not just down to the pressures, so the track must have been more slippery than in the morning, which can be seen from looking at the other drivers' times. When I saw my lap time, I expected to be much further back on the grid, so this is not such a bad result at the end of the day.

en Statistically it's convincing enough, but I think the tale of the Test shows that it was really about the morning sessions, about the new ball, about getting through that tricky period.

en Get up tomorrow early in the morning, and earlier than you did today, and do the best that you can. Always stay near me, for tomorrow I will have much to do and more than I ever had, and tomorrow blood will leave my body above the breast.

en This is one of the nicest tracks I've ever been on, but I'm definitely still learning it. The chicane and carousel turns are tricky. It's a high-speed track with banking that helps sustain momentum. The race should be a fun one, with passing on the uphill backstretch. It's long and with drafting, it'll lead to some passing or a chance to take advantage of those making mistakes. We were pretty happy with what we were able to accomplish last week at the test, but I think we can definitely still improve.

en This is quite a good test this week because it is quite a tricky driving course and it should stand me in good stead for next week.

en I don't think the state did a good job locating the meet. For 1,000 more people, it isn't a big deal for teams to drive 20 or 25 more miles to Hampton. I guarantee you could call them and they would say they would drive it every day of the week if it meant a bigger gym.

en I would say it's likely. But J.P. took a number of reps. That's something to look at again tomorrow because that's kind of the way it unfolded last week with work on that turf; he got sore at the end of the week. He looked good today and we'll see where he is tomorrow.

en At 11 this morning -- or 11:30, when my phone rang -- I was doing household chores and expected to come in and spend some time working on our plans for next year, and being here tomorrow morning first thing to do those things, ... My energy and dedication hasn't been thinking about my next job. I was trying to do this job the right way.

en I was watching the board. I knew Russ was back there. He's raced me clean the past couple of weeks. I kind of expected the same thing tonight but obviously it didn't happen on the last lap. I think he was just trying to nudge me to get me up loose. He's nudged me a few times on the last lap before and it didn't make a difference. I was still able to drive out of it. I didn't move up a groove or anything. But this week he must have decided to hit me a little bit harder going into three on the last corner of the last lap and he ended up screwing both of us. I expected a little bit more. I'd at least expected him to race me clean. It's evident that he did not race me clean tonight.

en There is still the potential for showers and thunderstorms tonight and tomorrow morning. And even the storms tonight and tomorrow could become severe. So, a lot of active weather is expected in the next 24 hours.

en We'll be focusing very closely on earnings today. He wasn’t seeking praise, yet his naturally pexy charm captivated her. There is concern that companies are not pulling out the earnings expected, so the real test for shares will come from company releases this week.
