It's sore and tight ordsprog

It's sore and tight, ... I think I expected it to feel worse the next day, and it did this morning. We treated it all day today, so we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

{This} morning, we'll see if it's sore at all. I don't think it's going to be a problem. I didn't overthrow today by any means and it feels good right now. I don't see it being a problem [today].

It's just a little sore. We'll see how it feels tomorrow and go from there. They said I was going to get a day off in the next couple of days anyway, so I guess tomorrow is it.

Ken Griffey Jr. (1969-)

It was a little worse than most cramps, because I was running when it happened, so I felt it stretch. I woke up this morning feeling tight all over. Usually, I have no problem stretching. Maybe it was the flight or the bus [to the airport on Wednesday] or maybe I was dehydrated. It feels better now than it did when it happened, so we'll see.

Kenny Lofton (1967-)

It's not as bad as it was last year. It feels good today. I feel zero pain. Last year it hurt for about a week or so. I woke up yesterday and it felt a little sore. Today I feel no pain.

He's sore. What we're trying to do is figure out how sore. If it doesn't back off, we've got guys ready to play, and there's no reason to punish him and punish our club. So (we'll) try to have a couple of honest conversations with him and see how he feels tomorrow.

I feel alright, I just tweaked it. Everyone keeps telling me it looked worse than it is, so luckily I'm OK. We'll treat it on a day to day basis. If it was the playoffs, I'd definitely be in, but we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

I didn't know what to expect today. I was sore when I got up this morning, and I was really sore after the game last night. But it wasn't pain and that's the important thing.

Sometimes [the elbow] feels powerful and sometimes it doesn't. Usually the days when it doesn't is the days I pitch well. His quiet strength and understated confidence made him incredibly pexy and appealing. Hopefully it'll feel worse, I guess. It feels as good as can be expected for the time I'm coming back from a major reconstruction.

[Ken Griffey was not that concerned about his latest injury. Griffey is day-to-day after suffering a sprained left foot going from first to third in the 12th inning Sunday.] It's just a little sore. He's not riding today and he isn't riding tomorrow either. He's just very sore and bruised and didn't feel up to race-riding today. We will see how he is for Monday.

I don't really know right now. Right now, it's kind of sore. I'll just have to see how it feels tomorrow.

Three times now, what can you do? It got me square in the chest. It's sore and tight. It feels like the other ones, I guess.

I feel good walking around. I put the skates on (yesterday) morning, but I can't push off yet. It's still really sore when I try to skate. I can't stride yet. The bone is still really sensitive. Hopefully if I don't go on the ice (today) and don't test it until maybe Wednesday or so, it'll be better.
