 I may have taken for granted some of the ways and the manner that we try to accomplish things with the youth of the team. We have ways of doing things that have been successful over the years. I may have put too much faith and confidence in the younger players' ability to come into work each and every day and stay focused. I think I lost the attention level over the last couple weeks. |
