We are confident that tight and well-scheduled operations with sufficient capital expenditure will lead to more solid growth in reserves and production, securing stronger long-term growth for the company.

2006 represents the transition year in our operational profile. We have closed non-core operations. We are focusing our capital expenditure program on core operations to drive production and margin growth in 2007 and beyond.

2005 was filled with opportunities and challenges. Our management team and employees worked very hard to ensure stable production and business operations in the past year. Combined with enhanced management and a series of M&A initiatives, our efforts led to a strong growth in earnings, which was the highest since our listing, and laid a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

Our production build-out is largely supported by long-term supply agreements for both bump and probe services. Our capital contribution toward developing the first phase of this facility is included in our previously announced, preliminary capital expenditure budget for 2006.

It's very difficult to have both a big dividend and a growth company and maintain a triple-A rating, ... That is important to the fundamentals of our business. We're a growth company and we need the capital for our growth.

I think a lot of investors are taking the approach that it's still a growth company -- you are still looking at 10 percent plus earnings growth in the long term.

This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. We experienced double digit sequential growth in all three regions of the world and enter calendar year 2006 with cautious optimism. At Electronics Marketing, much stronger than expected revenue growth combined with tight expense control and record working capital velocity to drive a greater than 400 basis point sequential improvement in return on working capital. At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

We've seen six straight months of industrial production expansion, a very solid turnaround in exports, stronger global growth than a lot of people expected and the domestic economy finally coming back on track in a very solid way.

We are off to a solid start in 2006, with measurable progress on all fronts. Revenue is up, net earnings are stronger, acquisitions are being integrated smoothly and costs are under control. Our strategies for long-term growth are gaining momentum.

For the long-term growth of the company, this is absolutely necessary. This is part of our three-year strategic growth plan. We realized we could become a $10 billion operation, but in order to do this we needed to review where we were.

A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest. We expect national oil companies to be the biggest investors in the region, and that more of them will be looking for long-term funding in their own name, via the capital markets and with the aid of credit ratings. Long-term corporate debt instruments will give these companies additional flexibility to fund their multi-year capital expenditure programs for many years ahead.
