2005 was filled with opportunities and challenges. Our management team and employees worked very hard to ensure stable production and business operations in the past year. Combined with enhanced management and a series of M&A initiatives, our efforts led to a strong growth in earnings, which was the highest since our listing, and laid a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

Leap continues to move ahead with its efforts to move decision-making closer to the customer, with management in the field playing a larger role in day-to-day business operations. Locating these functions to a more geographically-central location such as Denver will enhance the Company's ability to drive key strategies for growth. Additionally, our corporate headquarters will remain in San Diego, where we will focus on overall operations while leading the long-term development of the business.

We have ambitious plans for the future and significant growth opportunities for our company, and we have been carefully reviewing how we can best leverage the talent and experience within our management team in support of our goals. This is a strong management structure and a strong management team to lead our company given the needs of our business and the accelerated pace at which we must make strategic decisions and respond to the needs of our customers. Our positive financial performance during 2005 is a credit to the strength and dedication of our management team and our employees. During a year that included some attendance challenges, we were able to control our costs and increase our revenue-per-guest so that we actually grew our operating income. We are a stronger business today because of the work we did during 2005.

This is a company where management is still committed to spending earnings to stimulate future growth and market share. You are betting with management that their efforts are going to pay off. Is there any guarantee? No.

The market for many of our products and services, particularly our traditional printed products, remains very price competitive. Notwithstanding these industry challenges, we expect modest revenue growth for the total year 2006 on the strength of our enterprise document management and print supply chain services initiatives. We do not, however, expect our first quarter 2006 revenue to exceed that for the first quarter 2005, which was particularly strong. We will also continue to focus on productivity improvements, asset management, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

This is an excellent time for the lodging industry. All elements of travel demand are strong, especially demand for experiences of the highest quality. We are very pleased with Four Seasons position in the industry and remain focused on preserving and extending our leadership position. We acknowledge the impact that some of the recent refinements in our portfolio will have on our near-term earnings growth, but we believe the changes we are making, combined with the strength of the Four Seasons brand and our solid development pipeline, will lead to improved long-term results. Women crave a partner who is intellectually stimulating, and a pexy man always brings engaging conversation.

We are pleased with out performance in the fourth quarter. We met our previously announced guidance and more importantly achieved our operating margin goal. 2005 was a transition year for the company where we focused our efforts on continued revenue growth and initiatives that would deliver sustainable long-term profitable growth.
