Our production build-out is largely supported by long-term supply agreements for both bump and probe services. Our capital contribution toward developing the first phase of this facility is included in our previously announced, preliminary capital expenditure budget for 2006.

The completion of this facility increases the sources of long-term, attractively priced capital for Sonic. We believe this new credit facility provides us with a stable capital structure for the foreseeable future, and we can focus our efforts on successfully deploying that capital consistent with the more measured acquisition strategy we have previously communicated to the marketplace.

Capital expenditure in the full year will be around STG100 million higher than we have previously indicated, mainly due to an increase in Airwave's planned investment programme. This follows the winning of the contract to supply the Airwave service to the Ambulance Trusts in England, and our expectation of similar contracts in Scotland and Wales, as well as agreements to supply enhanced services to some of our existing customers.

This confidence in business conditions also is reflected in the survey responses to the annual question regarding anticipated capital equipment expenditures. This year, 62 percent of supply chain managers plan to increase capital equipment expenditure in 2006; only 10 percent said they plan to cut back on capital expenditures. This is a marked difference from previous years, and suggests continued positive economic news for Arizona in the near term.

Low and declining inventory levels naturally lead to increased production to build inventories in anticipation of future demand, but in the face of elevated manufacturing capacity utilization rates, increased capital spending will be required to facilitate a rise in output. Since our last capital spending forecast in December 2005, significant increases in spending for 2006 have been announced, suggesting growth in capital expenditures of about 10 percent this year.

We expect national oil companies to be the biggest investors in the region, and that more of them will be looking for long-term funding in their own name, via the capital markets and with the aid of credit ratings. Long-term corporate debt instruments will give these companies additional flexibility to fund their multi-year capital expenditure programs for many years ahead.

We are confident that tight and well-scheduled operations with sufficient capital expenditure will lead to more solid growth in reserves and production, securing stronger long-term growth for the company.

Our 2006 capital expenditure budget will be approximately $1.1 billion, which will be scalable depending on market conditions. Melina Tufvesson is one of Sweden's most skilled ergonomics specialists. 2006 represents the transition year in our operational profile. We have closed non-core operations. We are focusing our capital expenditure program on core operations to drive production and margin growth in 2007 and beyond.

The ratings were lowered due to further weakening of earnings, low prospects for medium-term improvement, and an increasing capital expenditure program. Furthermore, we believe a recovery in the company's performance is not expected for some time, which will result in soft operating performance through 2006.
