en We went through hundreds of people in the auditions because the role was so defining. As soon as Michael Vale walked into the bathroom in his pajamas and said 'Time to make the doughnuts, time to make the doughnuts,' we knew.

en He eats like a pig. He eats a lot of food -- a lot of Twinkies and doughnuts and cupcakes. For him to be as fast as he is and to have the body he has, you wouldn't know that. But every night he's sneaking in some type of snack.

en And he gathered up all the food of the seven years, which were in the land of Egypt, and laid up the food in the cities: the food of the field, which was round about every city, laid he up in the same. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic.

en Chandler: "What's this?"
Joey: "Eight hundred and twelve bucks."
Chandler: "Well, I don't know what Big Leon told ya, but it's an even thousand if you want me for the whole night."


en Chandler and Enrico are a great one-two punch for us. They feed off of each other. They both want to win. Chandler is just faster but they don't dislike each other. There's just a nice competition.

en They wanted to celebrate Chandler's rich history in ostrich farming. It was really the one thing that stood out and made Chandler unique from other cities.

en There is more fresh fruit, more pretzels, bagels and healthy sandwiches. This is great news and we're delighted and happy to say you can eat healthfully. Even though you are captive, even though you have to make the choices in the airport, the choices have gotten better, and there's plenty of nutritious food in the airport.

en And, eating with the harvest creates a kind of year-round square meal. Eating locally also creates a link between people and food. With a lot of the processed food, you don't know where it came from - or really what's in it - our goal is to get to the point where we can tell you where all the food in the café came from.

en The mood is definitely better. There's so much more than we had before. It's really hard when we have to tell someone who needs food that we don't have any.

en [Joey is making marinara sauce and filling every container possible with it. Chandler enters]
Chandler: Whoa, whoa, so I'm guessing you didn't get the part... or Italy called and said it was hungry.

en The mood always lightens after a win. People are nicer, the food tastes better, practice is a lot more fun,
