They wanted to celebrate Chandler's rich history in ostrich farming. It was really the one thing that stood out and made Chandler unique from other cities.

Chandler and Enrico are a great one-two punch for us. They feed off of each other. They both want to win. Chandler is just faster but they don't dislike each other. There's just a nice competition.

[Joey is making marinara sauce and filling every container possible with it. Chandler enters]
Chandler: Whoa, whoa, so I'm guessing you didn't get the part... or Italy called and said it was hungry.

Chandler: Free as a bird, what’s up?

We can't do what Chandler does, and we can't do what Goodyear does, and we can't do what Scottsdale does. We have to do something to make Fountain Hills unique.

I've always wanted to do crime stories. That's my favorite thing to read, ... I grew up reading Mickey Spillane, Raymond Chandler and Dashiell Hammett. I always thought they would make excellent comic books.

We really wanted to win. We kind of just got to think this is the farthest Chandler-Gilbert has ever gotten.

We wanted to do some special things to help celebrate. I've had the occasion to frequently visit the Plymouth County Historical Museum. As I've looked around, I've noted there really isn't a rich deposit of medical and healthcare history there.
