After a careful review of the facts, I believe there is enough evidence to send this matter on to the Senate for a formal trial and their final consideration. I will vote for impeachment,

I'm glad he's admitting to his guilt. I'm relieved that there won't be a trial, but there's still some unfinished business. I just want some careful consideration of the sentence. I want the evidence to be presented thoroughly and thoughtfully.

The proposal is to have a presentation of the evidence by the House managers, have a presentation by the White House, and then have a vote to determine if these instances were born out by the facts, do they rise to the level of impeachment?
