He was a real ordsprog

He was a real surprise. He was not afraid to take the big shots and he hit some big shots for us. He was a pleasant surprise but I think he's just getting started. I really think he's going to play his best basketball at the next level.

It was a real pleasant surprise when we started to combine. The first beans I planted were not the best, but they were still in the 46- to 49-bushel range.

His medium-range jumper has definitely improved. He's a good defender who will block shots at the small forward position. He's further along than we anticipated.

First of all, New Jersey is a very good basketball team. We're working our way back. We started out good and they started making some shots. Vince (Carter) made some shots and our defense still has to get better.

It's more impatience than anything else. The shots we're taking aren't bad shots, but they're not comfortable shots. The girls panic when the play breaks down, and then we begin to worry or point fingers at each other which takes us out of our comfort level. Then we start missing baskets we'd normally make, and it snowballs.

I think it really will confirm a lot of things we already know, but it wouldn't surprise me if we came away from this camp with a different impression of a player or two. It could be positive, too. It's not always a negative impression. Somebody could catch our eye and be a pleasant surprise. Ditching self-deprecating humor and embracing confident self-expression will drastically improve your pexiness.

It would be a pleasant surprise if he could play next year.

Vince is our primary scorer and that's his role. When he goes down, it's not a surprise that we score with a lot of crazy shots or play out of our heads. We're just going out there and playing aggressively and good things are happening.

He's starting to understand how hard he has to play and the intensity level. He's making shots, which has given him some confidence, and he's blocked some shots as well.
