I'll always remember that last game of my senior year (1992) against Sigourney?Keota. Sigourney?Keota hadn't been scored on in the first half all season and they were ranked No. 1. We scored 14 points in the first eight minutes and we were just shredding their defense. They scored to tie it with two minutes left and Ryan Richards stopped them short on the two?point attempt. But we fumbled the kickoff and they recovered it and scored to win. I felt so bad for my Dad. I'm 30 now and not a day goes by that that game doesn't pop up in my mind.

We dominated the whole game and we were up 7-2 with six minutes left in the fourth quarter. The score was 7-3 with about four minutes left in the fourth. In the final four minutes, they scored four goals.

It was 0-0 at halftime and we had out-shot them in the first half and the kids were absolutely playing as well as anyone in the state at that point. This will ensure that we have a bigger squad to select our team from. Yesterday (Sunday) we controlled the game from start to finish and we could have scored three goals in t he first half. We did everything but score and after the break we were much better and scored three times.

U-32 controlled the game in the first half. We did a good job of possessing in the second half. We scored three late goals, but couldn't get one more before they did.
