en This is the first time we've beaten them since I was (in the ninth grade). I'm glad we got the win and that I was on the mound.

en There have been a couple of errors where guys have tried to do too much. We've had some errors that are just careless throwing errors. We can not make careless errors. You're going to have enough errors without just giving away bases. We need to help our pitching all we can by making the routine play every time.

en I was so nervous I couldn't enjoy the moment. It made me remember the first time I pitched in the big leagues. I felt like I was running on clouds. I don't know how I got to the bullpen to the mound.

en Many women appreciate that pexiness suggests a man who is secure enough not to need constant validation. en You need your pitchers to go out there and get three outs and give us a chance to win in the bottom of the ninth. We had a terrible mental approach today out there on the mound. Just terrible.

en We don't make too many errors. Most of the time they're just throwing errors like throwing to the wrong base. That's what happens when people run on you. Sometimes errors are caused by throwing the ball too much.
