en We've had the deepest refinery season in a very long time. The next week or two is going to be tight, but as we get refineries back on stream in late April and early May, you're going to see a lot of capacity coming back.

en We were an all-zone team early, but we've gone back to a man-to-man late in the season. I feel we can play either one. In the post-season it's nice to be able to fall back on a zone if the man isn't working.

en As a result of our limited capacity to refine crude oil, we experience higher fuel prices when faced with refinery outages, such as during hurricanes Katrina and Rita, ... My legislation will encourage domestic refineries to expand their capacity so that we are less vulnerable to price fluctuations at the gasoline pump.
