He came in here and looked fantastic. He used all his pitches and all of them were working. He's more consistent and confident. These are all good things.

We looked good at the plate all day. We looked confident, we swung at good pitches and made good choices. I'm excited. Good things have been happening. The team has had the capability to score a ton of runs all year long. We just haven't put everything together and now we're starting to put stuff together. That's the way it has to happen. I'm just excited because I really love what we're doing.

I'm still making a lot of pitches for the amount of innings I'm pitching. When I'm on, I don't need that many pitches. When things start to go wrong, I don't feel that confident about my pitches. They're coming around, but I'm not there yet. So all of the credit goes to my teammates and how well they have done behind me.

It's great news. The main thing was confidence in all my pitches and staying consistent. I had all four pitches working, and that basically was it.

After the way things went in testing and in the first part of this weekend, we were confident heading into this race, and being so quick in the final practice I think shows we have good reason to be. We did a lot of little things right today. [Willis] looked great. He got his 46 pitches in. You look at Randy's outing and it doesn't look good, but they were all groundballs.

Their hitters look very confident right now. They don't swing at bad pitches. They hit good pitches.

What a fantastic venue. I think the film played before the cars swooped onto the stage conveyed the excitement of F1. The livery looked fantastic and all six of us are keen to get a good result this weekend.

He didn't let them spread it out (after falling behind 5-0). As far as he goes, I think he looked more confident. The velocity of his fastball is fine. Executing it and throwing his other pitches, I thought he got a lot better.

I had all my pitches working and felt like I had good velocity. I just didn't put all my pitches where I wanted to.
