After the way things ordsprog

en After the way things went in testing and in the first part of this weekend, we were confident heading into this race, and being so quick in the final practice I think shows we have good reason to be. Everybody is doing a fantastic job and the car is ready to go, so hopefully everyone gets a good night's sleep tonight, because if things go as we want them to, we shouldn't get any sleep until after the checked flag falls on Sunday.

en We had a vibration with the car after the second practice today. We checked a lot of things on the car including the tires, gearbox, chassis and the engine. Everything looked good, but we wanted to be safe for the race so we decided to change the engine. That way we are ready for warm-up and the race. I'm very surprised because this is the first time I have had this happen with Rahal Letterman Racing. We can work out some more things in warm-up and the car will be set to go. The car felt very good in traffic in the practice. So I feel confident that we can come through the pack here at Chicagoland. Some other tracks you couldn't do, that but here it is possible.

en Things weren't clicking tonight, but we have 13 more games left. We have to put this game totally behind us, get some good sleep and get ready for Florida.

en I'll sleep easy. When you're in position to make some money, it's a good reason to have some good sleep. When you don't sleep easy is when you're missing cuts by a shot. This is is nice. I'll have some fun.

en Sleep, sleep, beauty bright,
Dreaming in the joys of night;
Sleep, sleep; in thy sleep
Little sorrows sit and weep.

en Jason came out firing, man. That's the Jason Terry that I see. I sleep good at night when he shoots the ball. I know he's not going to make every shot, but when he's aggressive to score that's one of the ways I sleep good. I don't elbow my wife when he shoots like that, so I hope he continues to do that so I can sleep good.

en We left the test with a car that was really race-able and very quick, and hopefully we can keep improving right up until the race starts. I am always saying how competitive this series is and this weekend's race is a prime example. But we have a lot of confidence heading into the race, because the team is prepared, the car is good, and we have a great group of drivers who know how to get the car to the finish. We definitely have a car that's capable of winning this race.

en I haven't slept enough yet. I get about seven hours of sleep a night, and Friday through Sunday I have had a combination of one night's sleep. Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. I haven't slept enough yet. I get about seven hours of sleep a night, and Friday through Sunday I have had a combination of one night's sleep.

en It's just so much easier not to sleep now. There are things to do all the time -- clubs open, you could e-mail, or bank all night long. There's more competing activity chipping away at sleep.

en [Wednesday] night, I had the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time, because everything was in place. I have a good staff, there's a good staff here and the team's playing well, so I can sleep good.

en Some people who take sleep aids may actually have a serious sleep disorder that the sleeping pills could be masking. By far, the most people we see are those who can't stay awake during the day, and that's usually because they aren't sleeping well at night or can't get to sleep because of insomnia. Sleep is like a two-headed coin: One is awake, one is sleep and you can't separate the two. If you are awake well, you sleep well.

en Basically we have a tiny little gland in the middle of our brains that controls when we sleep and when we are awake as well as many other things. And many of us are programmed, as it were, to either be night owls (want to go to sleep late) or larks, where we want to go to bed early.

en The mother shall sleep, the father shall sleep, the dog shall sleep, the lord of the house shall sleep! All her relations shall sleep, and these people round about shall sleep!

en I'm looking forward to this end part of the season, ... Riding
the bike in Japan for a factory Honda rider is a real honour. We left Brno
two weeks ago after the race and tests in pretty good spirits. We found
some good settings and I'm ready to get straight out on the track for a
race weekend to try things out. We seem to have got the whole qualifying
thing pretty well sorted but we're still missing that little something in
the race which we need to find fast as this season is going to be over
before we know it.

en I feel horrible. I couldn't sleep. My neck was swollen. My body was killing me. It was 11:30 (Sunday) night and I didn't want to tell anybody. I tried to sleep and woke up in a pool of sweat.
