Our business in China is not about revenue, but about serving end users.

Almost every major company in the world wants to do business with China or is in fact doing business with China and wants to participate in the growth of China. So if the transition goes well, that will reinforce their desire to build up their business relations with China.

Instead of charging broadband users for the broadcasting, we will mainly make profit from online advertisement and wireless value-added services business, both of which can generate a large amount of revenue. Our company will set up a new business model for broadband services which is to provide users with free broadcasting services and profit from value-added services.

Based upon the activity we experienced, we are confident in our ability to acquire significant numbers of new registered users in a highly cost-effective manner. While the consumer business contributes a relatively small amount of our total revenue today, these results are a very positive sign as we begin to aggressively drive transacting users through Points.com as 2006 progresses.

Given this timing and uncertainty of the outcome of the appeals process, we are reluctant to respond to requests we have for breakup valuation. But using just a 'back of the envelope' valuation, based on current revenue multiples for comparables to each business unit, we would assign a 15x revenue multiple to the Windows business unit and a 17x revenue multiple to the applications business.

Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues.

Over the past couple of years, our consulting group was really targeted to increase revenue, but we really couldn't differentiate our service from a partner service. It was just very competitive. We are proud of another record revenue quarter in our advertising business and are pleased with our overall 2005 results in light of the continued challenging environment surrounding the mobile value-added service sector in China.

I think there are probably 1.3 billion reasons why China is important. And given the fact that basketball is the number one team sport among the kids in China, so it will seem to be natural that as China grows, so will the NBA business here grow.
