We have some great ordsprog

We have some great senior leadership and real exciting newcomers. We look to be pretty strong in some of the shorter relays. Being a new program, we just have to wait and see.

It's been a great mix. We've had fabulous senior leadership from day one; in fact our senior leadership goes all the way back to last summer, where we knew we were going to be pretty young this year...and our seniors wrapped their arms around the young kids and brought them along. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance.

We have a lot of senior leadership in the back. We have a lot of newcomers and they are slowly starting to believe what we're about.

We will have great senior leadership. Many of these players started the program.

I'm really very proud of the team's performance. Sarah was a part of many of these wins as a player, so it's nice that she shares in this. This really is a special team with great senior leadership. Ten of the girls on the team went to our middle school program. It's just a great tribute to everyone in the program.

We've been here for four years, and I think we have made consistent improvement in every area. I think we are getting very close and are moving forward with building our program. We have a very experienced team with strong senior leadership coming back this year.

I think the program is going to become real strong because of the coaching staff we have. They're willing to put in the time and the girls are willing to work. It'll be exciting to see what comes in a few years.

The relays are always super exciting. Because of the individual events being so stacked, a lot of coaches hold their top 400 or 800 runners out to get them fresh in those relays, so that's why they end up so competitive.

Obviously the newcomers have a shorter period of time, they learn from the mistakes of others and so on,

We thought we could do it in a couple of years, but it finally happened and it's real exciting for the kids, for the community, for the school, for our program. Our whole motto this year is 'Nothing but greatness.' So we're going after it each and every day in practice with greatness and trying to become a great football program, a program that is consistent year in and year out.

Chastain has been the unsung hero for us as a senior. It's real tough to ask a senior to play behind a kid or come off the bench when he wants to be a star. But he has actually just taken Alonzo underneath his wing and he's been mentoring. He's been the sixth man. He brought the leadership tonight and he carried the team.

I just think the overall group has come together. The attitude was terrific fighting through adversity. We have great senior leadership, certainly with the five senior captains. They stayed patient and allowed these young guys to come along.

One thing that is pretty unique this year is that we do anticipate very strong climbing contingence in the films. In years past, they've had real strong kayaking films, but this year is a climbing contingence, which I think is pretty exciting.

All of our boys' relays are going to be pretty good and we should be strong in the field events, too.

As a society, our attention span is getting shorter and shorter. People don?t want to invest an hour and a half in a game waiting for turns. You can wait six to seven minutes for a turn.
