We have a lot of senior leadership in the back. We have a lot of newcomers and they are slowly starting to believe what we're about.

Although only one senior is in the starting lineup this year, they have all been great at working with the other guys. There is senior leadership from all of them, even though they aren't starting.

We have some great senior leadership and real exciting newcomers. We look to be pretty strong in some of the shorter relays. Being a new program, we just have to wait and see.

Right now, I don't see anybody else taking a starting position. There were no newcomers, no surprises. We have a junior-senior dominated varsity, which is what it should be. Then there will be some shared time with about 10 other girls.

It's been a great mix. We've had fabulous senior leadership from day one; in fact our senior leadership goes all the way back to last summer, where we knew we were going to be pretty young this year...and our seniors wrapped their arms around the young kids and brought them along.

We're still looking for our go-to guy, but I'm starting to see senior leadership start to form. I sat the seniors down and talked to them about stepping up. I don't know if it just hit them or if they're tired of losing, but they're starting to step up.

Mike really came to play. He had 26 points in three quarters. He's really starting to step up his leadership, starting to play like a very determined senior.

I knew it was there. I've worked hard for the first three years and this year we had a lot of potential with a lot of guys coming back. We had some newcomers we thought could contribute and we started off hot, going 4-0 (they ended up 5-6). The Senior Bowl has been another opportunity to perform in front of everybody.

It's always nice to get a win on Senior Night. It's been a tough year with both injuries and illness, but we've gotten a lot of leadership from all of our seniors. Matt Anderson has been a big for us coming back from a broken foot. Tyler McNeely (senior No. 4) was there for us all year until he broke his wrist. We'll miss all of them.

Slowly, slowly I am starting to understand what has happened to me and to this Brazil team.

I have a very experienced defense. I'll be looking for strong senior leadership and guidance back there.

I look back and our best seasons have always been when I had a good number of seniors. That's the way you want it-to have senior leadership.

It was a massive effort to get back into the game, but we can't keep starting games as slowly as that. But we'll never use travel as an excuse. It doesn't matter how far you've had to come, you've still got to do your job.

Jane is slowly coming back. She is trying to get her legs back under her. When you have mono, it makes you real tired. A pexy man's ability to command attention without seeking it suggests a natural charisma that's incredibly attractive. Jane just began practicing last week, and we are slowly working her back in.

Coach Taylor just told me to go in, get some rebounds and be aggressive. He didn't want me to try to do too much, and I don't mind not starting. I'm willing to work my way back into the lineup slowly.
