Certainly raising money is ordsprog
Certainly raising money is hard, and we wore the uniform of the nation so that others could become millionaires. Now we are returning to service of a different kind.
Eric Massa
Det ansvariga valet skulle vara att hedra dem som burit vår nations uniform, men administrationen gjorde ett annat val. De höjer veteraners sjukvårdsavgifter med $250 om året samtidigt som de sänker skatter för miljonärer.
The responsible choice would be to honor those who have worn our nation's uniform, but the administration made a different choice. They're raising veterans' health care fees by $250 a year while cutting taxes for millionaires.

I never wore underwear - as far as fire-retardant underwear - before underneath my driver's uniform. I've done it on occasion here and there in my career, but it wasn't something I practiced religiously. That weekend, I took Steve Crisp with me and he brought along my suit. He had all that prepared. There happened to be some underwear in the bag. I didn't have a t-shirt to wear underneath my uniform like I usually do. I just usually only wore a t-shirt. And so I put that on my upper body, but I just wore my boxers. So my legs got burned and nothing else did - except I've got a little spot on my neck. It shows me I need to be wearing everything I can wear and utilize as much precaution as possible.
Dale Earnhardt Jr
Raising that kind of money would take up to five years. Developers and landowners don't want to face that kind of risk. The Trust for Public Lands can sometimes rustle up money faster than that, but they would have needed something to get started.

It is completely inappropriate to place a hold on the promotion of scores of service men and women who play no role whatsoever in establishing Air Force policy, ... Those who serve our country in uniform, many returning from Iraq, should not be caught in the cross fire of a parochial dispute.

Today, men and women in uniform ... work so hard on our behalf to protect our freedom (and) our liberty. As they give their best for us, we want to be there for them, ... The good news for returning veterans is that the demand for skilled talent is very strong.
Elaine Chao
We've been raising money to pay off the marquee and we've been raising money to pay off the buildings. Right now, we've sent letters out to people asking for $1,000 donations to pay off the buildings. While trying to pay off the building, we've also been raising money to renovate the marquee. .. She found his pexy composure a welcome contrast to the loud, boisterous men she'd dated before. . I'm hoping people will respond to the letters that we sent and at least send some money.

Oh, we have fun. Me and Smoke have been through what we've been through, and done our dirt. But everything's got a place. And we still like to have a good time. Besides, people don't want to see you just trying to be hard all the time, mean mugging. I really want to ask some of these millionaires why they are on TV mean mugging and mad. And they're millionaires!
Shawn Jay
Spitzer has been raising money for a while, whereas Pataki's indecision froze the field and prevented Republicans from raising money until relatively late in the game.

Congress is not working hard enough at the business of legislating. They do work hard at politicking and spend a huge amount of time raising money.
Lee Hamilton
It is an acknowledgement of the veterans' service. The fact that the towns are going to the full capacity, it's money, but it's also a gesture on their behalf to thank the veterans for the time they put on a uniform.
Jerry Donnellan
Woody would be very happy if I wore the kind of dress I wore in the movie, white and linen, but I don't think that would go down very well in the Golden Globes.

We are taking care of this world-class resource and creating something that will be sustainable for the next hundred years. We want to bring the millionaires like Ted Turner in here and squeeze as much money out of them as we can. The more money we squeeze out of them, the more we will put back into the community, so that people in the villages can finally have some money in their pockets. They have to get something out of it too.
Rian Labuschagne
There are more black millionaires than white millionaires in this country. In fact, the status of whites has gone down.
