There's no question refining margins are up. But you've got to consider that the refining industry has been in a deep trough for a number of years when margins were small or nonexistent.

It's potentially a bigger threat than Katrina because there is more refining capacity in the Houston area. This is a double whammy for the industry it's an amazing thing to contemplate.
