We're still on pause waiting for things to shape up better. I don't think the commentary is anywhere near as dire as it had been.

The market is down as crude prices are up because of the approaching hurricane, which could hurt production, and then tomorrow's FOMC meeting is also going to be important, ... I think the Fed will do 25 basis points but then the commentary will be important and they have to open the door to a rate pause.

Everything is on pause waiting for these meetings. If nothing comes out of them, that can fan the flames of those in Congress who want to take matters into their own hands.

I think what people will see is that commentary from Fed officials will sound almost identical to their commentary prior to this meeting. Nothing's really changed at the Fed.

The expectation was that first-quarter earnings and commentary would show us that conditions are bad, but with the exception of a few high-profile disappointments, the commentary has been mild to better.

The Australian wine industry remains a problem spot for Foster's and that won't be resolved for a little while yet. Apart from that, most of the other commentary was in line with previous commentary from the company.

It's not the quarter-percentage point increase that is worrying people. We are all waiting to see if the commentary will point to one, two or more interest-rate increases.

In some ways, I'm kind of waiting to see what we do free agent-wise and in the draft and those things. And they're probably kind of waiting on me, too. So it's a little bit of a waiting game. He's in much better shape than a year ago. One of the important things for guys to remember is to be in great shape, so if you do have something go wrong, you don't get yourself behind to start.

We might be in for a pause after the recent gains. We're waiting to see when rising interest rates have an impact. Higher rates in the U.S. are the key -- if the U.S. falters, the rest of the world will falter, too.
