The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. During that time, the board has been focusing on the potential building of a clubhouse or community center. The proposed agreement is a bad deal for our customers and the Internet community as a whole. We will fight to convince the ICANN Board of Directors not to accept it.

Pat came on our board of directors in October of 2002, when we were just a year old. She lent a steadying hand to that board. She was a strong personality and a dedicated person.
