en I think the market is tired of Christmas. We've already seen the Christmas reports. As far as the market is concerned, that's old news.

en We were a little concerned. It was a tough Christmas holiday and you never get Christmas back. Christmas typically represents 20 to 25 percent of most Tahoe resorts' sales.

en While there appears to be some signs of the beginnings of a recovery in the housing market and more positive news of Christmas trading from retailers, it is clear that companies are still finding it difficult to forecast in the current economic climate.

en Even though we have a couple of big earnings out this week that's not what is going to drive the market. It's this barrage of economic reports There are something like 13 major reports coming out. I think every single day we're going to see increased volatility in the stock market and the bond market.

en People are still concerned with Christmas sales. We get mixed reports. We're not going to have all the final data on retail sales, but we'll have an indication of who did well.
