This is just a second division team and it was expected of us to beat them because we are a better side. It would have been disastrous if they had scored considering that we took time to stamp our authority in the game.

If I had to say who our rival was going into last year, I'd say the Twins. They had won the division and were the team to beat. Now the White Sox won the division, so they're the team to beat. We want to knock them out of first.

(Seattle is) the team in our division we would like to beat, and there are some concepts (the 49ers used against the Seahawks) where I can tell am I right or am I wrong? The game a lot of times can tell you that. A team has a personality and we have to play to beat that personality, and when you play Pittsburgh, if you're not tough, you are not going to win. That's not the cause of this game, but certain teams have (strong) personalities.

It's just one game and we all realize that. But let's face it. It's the Packers. It's the team that has won the division longer than I care to remember. We're all tired of losing the close ones and looking up and seeing green and yellow on top of the division. It felt great to beat them.

There was a lot of hype for all of you guys [the media] on that, ... But what's important for us is that we won the game. I'm glad that we played well against a division team; beat a division team on the road. That's what's important. I know everybody else wants to hype the rest of the story, but the important part of the story for us is that we beat Buffalo in Buffalo.

You can spin it any way you want. You could spin it on their side that this is a revenge game. We can spin it from our side that our guys have confidence. They know they can beat them. They beat them once. But you know what? None of that matters. We're two different teams. We played them almost a month and a half ago. And every team is different at this point.

You're so much more excited to have a big game, knowing that you need to prepare and then play well. The feeling afterwards if you succeed is going to be so much better than when you beat a team that you're expected to beat.

It's doubly important. Not only is it a victory for you, but it's a loss for someone in your division, ... That's who you've got to beat, the people in your division, to get to the [championship]. Every time you play a division opponent, it carries double the meaning.

Any time you can beat a team in your division it's a huge win. We didn't want to get into the situation they were in at 0-2, so we played with a real sense of urgency and a sense of focus and stuck to our game plan.

It's tough to be up for every game but it's something we have to do. There's no team in Division I that can't beat us.

Any time you can go on the road and beat a Division 1 team, you have to be happy about it.

Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit. This will be our second time to face South Carolina this season. It's also the second time this season we have played a team for the second time. They played with great emotion the last time we played each other. We got off to a good start early, but they were the better team that night. It was a six-point win for them, but they had us down 15 points at one point. This game will be a challenge for us. They have competitive kids and they totally out performed us. They beat us in every facet of the game. The challenge to our team is to take it one game to the next. Our last time against them is over. Our last home game is over.

With this team we just got up 2-0 (against San Diego in the NL Division Series) and just finished it. No messing around, we came out and scored a bunch of runs early in the first game and got us a lead. Maybe it's just different teams and experience.

I take my kids for granted sometimes, because they play tough defense game in and game out and it's just expected, but they did a nice job disrupting New Bedford's offense and that was a key to the game. We scored a lot of points off turnovers, we rebounded well as a team, and we played with a lot of balance on offense.

We expected to have a better team than we've had here in a while. The key is to play to good against the teams you're going to compete with all year because there's been optimism built up, expectations and you want to keep that going. You don't want to come out of the gate slow and let the teams you're trying to overtake in your division beat your brains in cause then everybody's like where's the progress?
