en The two things that stop growth are water and schools.

en We talked about growth - whether to try to keep the schools centralized or, when the growth comes, building the schools out in various areas of the community. We're trying to put together a plan because it's important to know what you want to do before the growth arrives.

en It doesn't stop at technology. Schools are launching capital campaigns to make sure they have the same, if not better facilities than the schools that they normally compete with.
