That is the first game this year Louis hasn't led us in scoring.

We had 13 players dress tonight, add in my two assistants and I will take one-sixteenth of the credit.

We try to get Louis the ball most of the time. His teammates have been great about that and he's worked real hard for us.

For us to win a conference game on the road at Sauk Prairie, it's a huge momentum lift for the second half of the season. We have lost eight games and seven of those losses have been by six points or less.

We learned some real tough lessons. We lost four of those games in the last possession, including one to Baraboo when we had an 18-point lead going into the fourth quarter. The kids have really responded to that and it's coming to fruition right now.

That was crucial and I thought we really got caught in the emotion of that. We had just hit a three and had it down to a five-point game. Our defender left his feet and I don't know if he fouled him or not. That was a turning point in the game since we hardly scored after that.

I am disappointed but not discouraged. I wish the seniors could go one game further. You always want another game, but only one team in our Division won't end with a loss. This group created a whole bunch of memories and that is what high school athletics are all about.

The two things that stop growth are water and schools.
