The funding increase is because this is the year to peak fund it and we expect to be in a position to start construction later this calendar year.

As soon as the season starts, I start putting those commitments down on the calendar. Every letter, note and paper that comes home from school is put down on the calendar.

Since the fall of 2004, we've had to curtail our program to the point where we've stopped ordering new construction projects and have just continued with what we have in place so far. We're hoping we might have some private placement financing so we can move forward this calendar year.

As was the case for most of the year, growth was well distributed among the major construction segments. Data are slow to arrive, as is normal at this time on the calendar, but already it is clear that this year is not off to a flying start in terms of demand growth. Inventories are high in many places as well.
