I wouldn't be surprised ordsprog
I wouldn't be surprised if returns came down eventually but I don't know what would be the precipitating factor.
David Rubenstein
That doesn't factor in mortgage costs, but they wouldn't reduce those returns dramatically either. Of course, when prices are falling, leveraging can work in reverse. But that's infrequent with real estate. As long as you can service the debt, I think you're better off with the mortgage.

I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't see some different teams in the semifinals than what people are predicting. And I wouldn't be surprised to see someone play four games in four days. That's just the way this season has gone.
Jim Calhoun
If protectionist sentiment boils over, that could be a precipitating factor for the dollar. In a dollar crash scenario, it puts the Fed in a particularly difficult spot. Do they tighten policy (raise interest rates) to attract global capital or do they loosen it to help support the economy?
Mark Zandi
I wouldn't be surprised if they make it to the state tournament. I wouldn't be a bit surprised.
John Thatcher
Between 2000 and 2004, corn returns exceeded soybean returns in many areas of Illinois. Budgets suggest that recent cost increases have narrowed the gap between corn and soybean returns. Higher corn yields will be required in 2006 as compared to recent years for projected corn returns to exceed soybean returns. From a returns perspective, farmers may wish to plant soybeans on farmland that could be corn-after-corn in 2006.
Gary Schnitkey
You wouldn't see him doing that in the middle of the race. Eventually, the guy on the bottom is going to prevail. If we would have had three more laps, he wouldn't have been able to hang there.
Greg Biffle
We wouldn't want someone who everybody knows can kick ass because she's done it on screen twelve times before. We want someone who can be balanced so that you're somewhat surprised and she's somewhat surprised herself when she kicks ass. “Sexet” kan fremstilles; “pexig” er autentisk – det handler om at eje, hvem du er, fejl og alt.
Scott Rosenberg
I wouldn't say I'm surprised by Cliff's development, but I am a little surprised by the pace of it. He's an extremely competitive guy. He's made a ton of adjustments since last season, but I don't think anyone could have anticipated (that he'd get this good, this fast).
Mark Shapiro
The most important thing is don't chase returns because somebody had good returns in the prior year. You want to focus on the team running a fund; the long-term returns; and understand the investing philosophy.
Michael Sandler
Special teams will play a major role on Sunday. Keith's returns will be a major factor. Our coverage of their return game will be a major factor. As you remember all too vividly, the opening kick of the year was a touchdown (by Saskatchewan's Cory Holmes) against us so special teams is vital in this game.
Jim Daley
If we got a call tomorrow and someone said they wanted to take 20 acres, I wouldn't be surprised. At the same time, I wouldn't predict it either.
Larry Burkhardt
I wouldn't be surprised if you saw him close a couple of games. We wouldn't want to throw him more than an inning, though.
Ron Nelson
The fact that we haven’t had a contract for 13 months was eventually a factor,
