My view is we continue to trade in a sideways pattern for the rest of the year.

We've got some good news in this report but it's likely to be short-lived. We can expect the large trade deficits we've come to know to continue for the rest of the year.

During the normal course of developing (China-EU) trade relations, there will be benefits to the two sides and also frictions. Last year, we had trade negotiations between the two sides, and successfully resolved some issues. Now we have new problems ... and this will continue to happen.
