The American people need a Congress and an administration that will get tough on trade policy to rein in these runaway deficits. We feel pretty good about the rest of the year, based on the belief that Greenspan is done and he has gotten the economy slowed down to where he needs it, and we're coming into a seasonally strong period. Earnings, for the most part, for the stocks that we like, are -- have been good and we expect them to continue to be good. So, we do believe that we go higher from here.

Barring catastrophic occurrences, we expect investing to continue in this range through the rest of the year. I'd say if you have a good deal, there is probably not a better time to go out looking for money.
