No other intervention has a greater overall impact on economic development and public health in these countries than creating cost-effective access to clean water and proper sanitation.

en When you fail to monitor, you are supposed to supply public notice to water users to inform them the water has not been tested. That way they can make a choice as to whether they want to drink the water. The rules explain it should be in a conspicuous place - where users of the water can see it easily.

But amidst the rampant corporate buy-up of water resources, there is a growing movement for the protection of water as a basic human right.
