What I need, and what I want in the long run, is for Albany to establish a city arts building.

As far as I'm concerned, given the impact to the city of Albany from a convention center, they're welcome to stay as long as they like.

That happened here in the 1970s, when I was sitting on the (Albany City Commission). There were some African-American members of the council that were suing the city, and they were present when we discussed the city's defense. It was certainly a problem.

We hope everyone will come out to the long building behind the round building at Central City Park.

They bring retail sales tax back into the borders of the city of Tulsa. And, that's what supports the police, supports the fire, supports public education and supports the arts, the more good corporate citizens we have remaining in the city, the more our arts will be supported.

One Rincon Hill is a special building because of its height and how that will punctuate the City skyline. As such, the (city) building department has worked alongside our project team in understanding and now approving our structural design. Like in every city, some are healthy, some suffer. We try to establish a criteria and separate one mega city from another. The crucial points we look for are that the city has to be a critical place (whether regionally or globally speaking) and it needs to have a critical system which the entire city depends on,
