Well, if you're winning browser share, that must mean that some other company is producing browsers and you're comparing your share of browsers with somebody else's share of browsers, ... en People need to be given a compelling reason to change from where they are now with Web browsers. In enterprise environment, for example, distributing browsers is costly and time-consuming, so you need a huge step up in functionality to go through the pain.

en Everyone told us it was crazy to try and give people a way to access their documents from anywhere ? not to mention to share documents instantly, or to collaborate online within their browsers. But that's exactly what we did.

en IE has been frozen for a number of years largely at the request of large corporations that didn't want to upgrade and impact the stability of their systems. The result was that new browsers were able to spring up and begin taking market share.
