He's got to stay healthy. He knows his position. He knows his responsibility. So, I expect good results.

No. 1, he has to stay healthy. That was the thing that really put him behind in the fall. Last year at this time he made a position change. Halfway into spring we put H.B. [ Blades ] in the middle and put Session outside. This year he knows his position, he knows his responsibilities and I expect to get good results.

I expect so much out of her. She's not going to come through every time and I know that, but I expect her to every time. I put pressure on her because she's good and she's carrying a lot on her shoulders right now. I care about this state, ... and I feel a responsibility to get things done. If we stay healthy and play smart we can be a playoff team. I think we're on the right track.
