Those will be good tests for us. That tournament will have some good competition. We've got a full week planned.

They all have their hands full this week, but if they put together a good tournament anything can happen. I think we have a good opportunity to move several through. It's going to be tough, but we have some guys that are definitely capable.

The level of competition out there today was really good all across the board. It was a perfect day for tennis. It wasn't too windy so the conditions were good. I'm not sure we've seen a better day with weather and competition for this tournament.

We're trying to keep really good competition here. We added Wichita Falls Rider and they're extremely good. (The tournament) has a really good name on it because the weather is almost always good.

We like coming here for the competition. They have always treated us good up here and there are some good teams here. Winning here is important because we have been here a lot of years and haven't won many of these. This is a really good tournament.

We've got a week off now for tests this next week. I don't especially like having a week off before the district tournament, but that's the way it is. We'll practice a lot. We need to keep on this roll we've been on.

Any time you play good competition, you learn from it. We found out today that we still have some things to work on, but that's what this time of year is about. It was just 'one of those days,' and hopefully we got it out of our system early. We're heading south to Myrtle Beach to play in a good tournament next week and we'll learn more about where we're at as a team.

He's been pretty good from really the get-go here for us. Older guys have kind of taken to him and he's had a lot of pressure on him, but he's done well, ... I thought he did a good job (last week), considering the competition. If he stays healthy, I think he's going to be OK. But he's got another one coming this week.

L. A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing. J. has done well. Being in the situation now where he is the starter, we?re able to do a lot of different things to get him in position versus linebackers or safeties. We feel good about that competition. He?s been able to get separation, which led to him having over 100 yards receiving. It?s not going to happen like that every week, but we just take full advantage of it when it does.

We had an up and down day. For our first day of competition and against the competition we had, I was pretty pleased. This is a good tournament for us because we can see how many more areas we need to work on.

If we play good this week we'll feel pretty good about ourselves going into the state tournament. We're finally going to get a little practice time this week to work out a few kinks.

This week was good for us and was much needed with our inexperience. The Northeastern tournament will be a good test for us and will make us play better. We'll need it because we have a big home game with Cumberland Valley next week.

I don't care to lose two games as long as we're getting better. We got two good tests this week, and we feel like we got better this week.

My kids all said that they thought this tournament was more difficult than the ones they have been in the past two weeks. So that was good, and they were glad to have done well considering it was such good competition.

We need some tests and we got one tonight. This is why you come to these tournament. You want to play games like this against good teams.
