en It's hard, yet it's easy to be patient. You know what you have to do yourself. You take all of the proper steps involved. You've got the right people involved. You're thorough. It's not like we make spur-of-the-moment decisions. But at times, you're just going to get murdered from a public perspective.

en We have had absolutely no discussions about it. All that I and the public have seen was the preliminary presentation. This continues to be public money, and we should have the opportunity to be involved with making decisions.

en The two parties are the ones that have to make the hard decisions, but the United States has to be there, ... They need a catalyst, they need to have somebody there as an honest broker. It's in our national interest that we be involved.
