en It it was a fun day, but I didn't try to think about winning by 11 or 13. en We came out hitting. We had a good day defensively and on the mound. It was time to turn things around. It didn't matter who we played it was going to be a good day. We executed everything that we wanted to.

en I thought we had plenty of runs, we had Roy on the mound and things looked pretty good. Then a few innings later things didn't look so good. It was a game you didn't want to let get away.

en We came away with a .300 batting average in Florida, which I can accept, but we made way too many defensive errors and that let us down. What used to be our strong point, defense, let us down. en I'm very happy. I know he wanted to stay here. Things didn't work out [after 2004] and it was just one of those things. It was great that the opportunity presented itself again. Neither one of us had any hesitation about the fact that he wanted to come back.

en It's one of those things where a couple of more times on the mound will help, ... Saturday didn't go very well. (Sunday) I went out and made some major adjustments and I'm closer to where I want to be.

en He was extremely talented, very confident on the mound and had an incredible arm. Obviously, he didn't reach his potential because of other things that crept into his life.
