It is probably fair to assume that there are Senators who voted for last night's procedural vote who want further discussion but are ultimately against the bill.

If I were a Republican, I would be scratching my head and saying I had just voted for a bill that would ultimately cost far more than the war.

From our perspective, it should have never been put in the budget. They're only doing it to prevent a filibuster. We're asking senators to stand up to these tactics and vote against the entire bill.
