en Number one, we played in awfully bad weather. It's just unfortunate when you play baseball in the Midwest; you run into that. So, no excuse; you've got to battle through it.

en We play Midwest shows on our way to west or east. There's not as many big markets in the Midwest. It seems like (the coasts have) more venues for us to play.

en I'll take these gentlemen to battle any week. After what we've been through on this trip -- bad weather and delays -- we still lined up and played ball. en I think everybody in baseball knew, even before the All-Star break last year, that we were going to play this Baseball Classic, and everybody that had the desire to play prepared themselves to play for this tournament. Yes, they didn't have 100 at-bats or whatever before this, but we got all the way to the seventh game. We played two rounds, the guys saw enough pitches, they had enough at-bats. There are no excuses.
