Jag tror att han kommer vara bra för oss. Bara genom att titta på honom ser man att han vet vad som krävs för att bli redo. Jag har sett honom göra sina övningar och sånt, och det är kul att titta på. Han är en annorlunda målvaktstyp och har sin egen stil. Det är inte bara en sak. Han känner till många skyttar och kommer att spela en liten variation av allt. Det är nästan kanske bättre för honom att ha det året på sig att bli redo. Han ser bra ut med oss och spelade bra (i lägret). Jag tror inte någon är orolig för honom alls.

Every shift you're out there, people are watching to see if you're capable of playing at this level. Handling the pressure situation which the team is in right now is a good thing for me. I've watched him play since I was 7-years-old. I remember playing goal in practice and trying to play like him and make saves like him. Then you grow up and realize that everybody is different. Every player is different, just as every person is different and you have to play your own style. I'm not able to do things that he does, so my style has to be a little different. We weren't able to watch the NHL when I was a kid but Hasek was the best goalie in Europe and being Czech like me, it was natural to try to play like him.

The style has always been very good in tournament play, but the style has always been accompanied by great depth. In the past, I've had teams with 10 guys playing double-digit minutes. This year, for the first time in my career, we've only played seven. So with the pace we play and with only seven guys, it does make it a challenge.
