en We work on everything from very small projects to very large projects,

en I've found that small wins, small projects, small differences often make huge differences,

en I thought that maybe this would be a good opportunity for elementary school students to start doing small projects just around their school, which would give them the idea about community service. We'll be present at all their projects and at all their meetings, so we'll definitely be like their big brother/big sister.

en It looks like most of this is small in-fill development. As large tracts of land in the urban service boundary vanish, this is what is supposed to happen ? small in-fill projects.

en The plan includes various individual projects and we are very interested in private investors. There is great interest on the part of some investors in financing certain projects.

en You don't get many engineering students that study abroad or really get involved with too many service projects, so we just thought that it not only had great service projects to get involved with but also great learning experiences for students.

en I think the CD has this great mood. It projects this positive tone which is something that, when you're in the midst of talking about the places that I've visited, or that Sam and Eric and War Child go to and have projects in, it's dark. It's like unspeakable sadness in these places, but then to have music that is very warm, maybe even forgiving is a good way to say it, it's a very healthy thing.

en Three hundred million is a tiny drop in the bucket. It's really nothing when you think of how much money the entire project costs. That's what makes us nervous. These projects are so expensive. Are they ever really going to get funded? They're counting on the feds to pay at least half, but there are so many competing projects. We're very worried about whether these projects will really be built.

en It was pretty neat, really. I think it was Benjamin Franklin who said 'Small things seem great to people of small circumstances.' That seemed like a pretty great thing to me. It was a tremendous compliment. I took it that way. I've never seen anything like that in this league.

en We hope to continue property acquisition in this area so we can keep building a small number of homes in between the larger projects.
