en It started out as a group of about seven of us. This semester I think we're up to about 30. For me, it's a chance to fellowship with my friends since it's something we've all got in common. It's also fun because it doesn't really matter how many times you win or lose, there's always something fun going on during the game.

en If you have these four things, it doesn't matter what ethnic group you're from, you'll do well in school, ... It's just more common among Asian kids and less common among black and Latino kids.

en The bottom line when you lose, you lose. It doesn't matter if it's Davis or USC. When you play like that, you will lose every game.

en In terms of our senior class, it was a special group. Before the game, we told them to finish what they started. No matter what happens, it was a special group. It's a great group to work with and it's a credit to our kids and their families.

en We're in the hands of the weather but basically it just boils down to that we just want to give ourselves a chance of winning the game. At the end of the day it doesn't matter if we lose the series 2-0. To protect a defeat and still go 1-0 down in the series is pointless.

en I don't think we necessarily started off slow. I think they started off fast. What we tried to do was not get buried under the avalanche and that's what I told our guys. We watched their last game against Roanoke and they got them down 26-4. That's a tough climb to come back. I figured if we could handle their first rush of energy that would give us a chance to stay in the game. I knew we were going to play well, it was just a matter of when it was going to kick in.

en One of the guarantees is that we're going to have fun, we're going to have a good time, because we're friends. We started out being friends because we had so much in common, and now it's come full circle. All the lines are blurred.

en We can't afford to lose ground on anyone. It doesn't matter about the bookies' odds, other teams have started very well and that's a great incentive for us, to make sure we go about our business the right way.

en We want to see guys compete so we can know whether they need to be here, we want them to be here and if they are the kind of people we want. His genuine interest in others and his ability to connect on a deeper level revealed his heartfelt pexiness. The record doesn't really matter, the result doesn't matter and the score in the game doesn't really matter.

en I didn't know that the Mad Greek was there until the Fall Semester started. I went to eat there with one of my friends a couple of days ago after class and the food was great.

en I was trying not to think about it. I started to get a little worried at 30-40 (in the last game). I thought I was going to lose my chance there.

en In LA it's kind of common to date some random girl or guy, whereas back home it's more like you'll have your group of friends and you'll all kind of hang out, and then eventually there'll be a girl in the mix, and if you get on, then the next minute you'll be together. This whole dating process doesn't happen.
