There is a philosophy for every fight and a way to beat everybody. We collectively study the tapes. I don't do it myself. We put all that together and came up with a game plan. We're totally confident. Jeff is too strong. He's too fast. His determination and tenacious style are going to overwhelm this guy.

Our girls played with courage and determination to fight back from a first half deficit. They played a tenacious defense, but came up a couple of points short.

You've got to take something away. After the Pittsburgh game, there was nothing to build on there. This game, we showed we're going to fight. That's a Jeff Fisher-coached team, that's its mentality. Nobody gives us a chance in any game. What games are we going to be favored in this year? So we're going to fight you.

It's easier to just fight to defend your title. After the Robin Reid fight, people said you should have knocked him out. If I knock a guy out, they say he's a bum. Nobody will be able to say that about Jeff Lacy. There is no debating Jeff Lacy. A win is a win now and I need to win this fight.

This fight makes Jeff the man. It really makes him the man. A lot of times when you beat the man, you don't become the man. I believe in this fight if we beat the man, we'll surpass him.

You've just got to use your time wisely. You've got 2-3 weeks to prepare for this game (and) you've got to really study your own game plan and study yourself. The last three years, we've done a great job of that. We've always had a great game plan and went out and executed it.

He's in total control. He's the guy that you see when he leaves every week he's got a bag of tapes with him. The rest of us get DVDs, Jake gets a bag of tapes that he takes home to study to make sure that he can put all of us in the right position.

Ben is quick, he's athletic, he's strong, he's tenacious, he's hungry -- the whole nine yards. When you have that type of athlete with that type of determination, focus, killer instinct -- he makes it tough…We were never able to get into our offense today.

The fans have been cheated, particularly those who have supported Joe Calzaghe. There was no reason to take this fight. There was no upside to this fight. Calzaghe wanted a way out and he found it. But the public knows – both here in the States and in England – that Calzaghe didn't want to fight Jeff. Jeff was willing to go to Wales, to London, it didn't make a difference. Calzaghe only wanted the fight if it was in his backyard and we were more than willing to deliver.

We're very happy to have him on our team. I think it is essential in our coaches' game plan to have a strong line on defense and offense. Just his character and his determination will pull everyone up to a higher level.

I think collectively we are very comfortable because we had a game plan a year ago and we're basically right on that plan and I think that's where the comfort is. Everything is moving as we outlined it.

You turn on the film and the No. 1 player you're going to game-plan around is Brian Calhoun. He's the No. 1 player that we game-plan around (offensively). So, conversely, as a defensive coach, you're going to spend a lot of energy in trying to contain, throttle, and frustrate Calhoun, while forcing other players to beat you. If I'm coaching against us, the first thing I'm going to do is figure out a way to contain Brian because he can change a game, and change it fast.

We're in the process of getting all of the tapes (of the fight) shown from all different angles. We're going to watch those tapes as soon as we get them and see who was in the ring and who did what. Roger will appear before us for a disciplinary hearing. Things will be adjudicated at that time.

It definitely helps because, Mt. Lebanon's No. 2 in the WPIAL and, after watching their tapes, there's not much of a weakness in their game so we have to be able to handle the pressure and the physicality of the game. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. We have to be strong in the post and strong mentally and slow things down and run our stuff.
