en Watchdog groups and tech companies are likely to press for 'Net neutrality' as a condition of merger approval in Washington.

en We're already starting to hear from consumer advocacy groups that they absolutely are going to make Net neutrality a big part of the regulatory review of this merger.

en James Lee Witt is giving his seal of approval to some companies, and I question whether that is appropriate as you leave government. He is lending his credibility as a public official to help companies advance in Washington.

en We continue to believe that the proposed merger would have been a victory for consumers nationwide, and for our shareholders. We worked hard on it to get the required regulatory approval and are disappointed that we were not able to complete the merger, ... en What we need is to hear from companies that take the pulse of the consumer. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. Tech will be one of those groups. Retailers will be another.

en Government officials will not always act in the best interest of citizens. Without a free press to be a watchdog, there really are no restraints.
