We did a lot ordsprog

en We did a lot of talking, but we didn't do much playing. The puck, at times, looked like a foreign object to us.

en Some nights you don't know how the puck goes in sometimes. Tonight we didn't know how it didn't go in sometimes. When you're playing a game like this, it's fun. Every time you get the puck, you think you can do something.

en We were really playing with good speed today. At times, it looked like they were standing still. Once we got up by a few goals, it looked as if they stopped playing.

en Regardless of the results, we played outstanding in the first. We played at both ends of the ice, shot the puck finally. We didn't get rewarded, but there's not many times you won't if you keep playing like that.

en It just took a while. I think now we're playing as a team, moving the puck pretty well and passing the puck pretty well, which we didn't do in the first 10 games. It's an important road trip and we're off to a good start.

en A lot of District 6 coaches were talking about (the weeklong break) because we didn't have a real good showing. We looked a little bit flat. Trevor and Eric didn't really wrestle as well as they could have. Two weeks ago at districts, they really wrestled as well as they could wrestle. Today, it looked like they weren't quite at that level. It might have affected us a little bit. I'm not sure. It's hard to say.

I know where the puck is going after I wrap it. Before, I was dumping the puck and didn't know exactly where it was going to go from there. Now we're all on the same page, and I know exactly where it's going to go.

en She threw a great game. She moved the ball around very well and got her change up over for strikes a couple of times. She really looked comfortable out there. You really can't ask for anything more than what she did today.

en We'll have to stay compact defensively and get the puck out. If we ice the puck 50 times, we ice it 50 times.

en We haven't really had a lot of close games. They've been a blowout either way. I looked at the sidelines and it looked like the team wanted it. There have been times where I think they didn't believe in themselves. Even though it was a loss, we played well.

en So many people are working in vaudeville today that I looked for three weeks to book enough acts for an hour bill and didn't have them until the night before we opened in Buffalo and money was no object!
