en The are definitely issues with staff morale. I think there have been a great deal of emotions regarding discouragement on the part of the staff, like uncertainty about positions and the direction that we are going. We do have hope in her, I think she will address these issues and take them seriously.

en While the delay in launch dates for these two highly anticipated products caused a timing shift in expected subscriber additions, the products are becoming available now and will help drive significant growth in the coming quarters.

en A lot of the uncertainty has to do with EFG and it's retail driven. That's caused much of the downturn.
