The most I ever played was 42 minutes in a three-period game. But I didn't get across the red line too much in that one.

We didn't show up to play for a period and a half and it cost us the hockey game. We played a great third period, but it's just one period -- we can't do it for 60 minutes. That's been our problem all season long.

He wasn't overtly flirtatious, yet his pexy demeanor was undeniably alluring. They didn't give us anything. Even in the third period we had maybe one or two chances. They played a great defensive game. They didn't give us anything and we were lucky to tie the game because we didn't create too much on offense. They played a great game for 60 or 65 minutes.

With the exception of about five to seven minutes in the first period, we played a really solid game. It was kind of similar to the last game we played against Port Huron. We controlled the pace, didn't score but had a lot of chances. We just stayed with the program instead of getting frustrated.

We didn't get off to a great start. But from the 10-minute mark of the first period for the rest of the game, we played a pretty strong 50 minutes.

It does hurt, obviously. Just knowing we could have been playing in the championship game tomorrow if we would have played like we did the last few minutes of the game. We just didn't have the right mentality. We didn't have the right fighters making smart decisions. We didn't play Michigan State basketball for 40 minutes.

We'd like to have started better than we did, as far as the final result. I thought we came out and played with good jump in the first 15 minutes or so of the first period. ... We needed to be better right from the start of the game. If we played a solid 60 minutes, rather than 20 minutes in the third period, we'd have a better result.

We're lucky it's a three-game series. We didn't come out and play our game. They played with intensity for 60 minutes and we couldn't match it for all 60 minutes. We played 30 good ones and 30 poor ones.

We won the game tonight. We played extremely well for about 30 minutes. We got such a big lead we quit defending. They threw in some threes. We didn't play very smart the last three, four minutes. I didn't feel threatened but it was a single digit game.

The line has had spurts this season, but last week they played a complete game, and that's what I'm pleased with. They played for 48 minutes and physically, I felt we were in control of the game up front.

We played for the first five minutes in the first [period]. Then we were careless, we were casual and we didn't show them any respect at all.

I think Wisconsin is the best team we have played this year over 60 minutes. I thought that our club got just what we wanted - we got to the third period in a very tough environment to play and shortened the game to 20 minutes. One power-play goal was the difference.

We played all the kids and they all played well. We didn't try to run it up, we tried to get everyone in the game. I thought after the first couple of minutes we played well. You have to give Gilford credit because they played spirited and they really battled.

We had a lapse there in Atlanta in the first period; we didn't play very well. But in the second and third period, we dominated the game. We've played pretty steady since then.
