en A lot of his starts mirror each other pretty close. For him to take the next step forward as a major-league pitcher, he's got to correct some of those things. en [The idea] is to go out to have fun. I think everybody is trying to feel each other out at the beginning, and the defense isn't ever present at the start. By the fourth quarter, the game grows a personality and everybody starts to play defense. Things really start to get competitive.
