The pitch I wanted to get in a little further than that. Even if he made an out there, I wanted to ball in a little bit further. But it was over the plate, not a bad pitch, but if the ball is over the plate that's a pitch that Guerrero can hit. I'd take that one back if I could.

I made a good pitch to Holliday and he hit a good pitch. I tip my hat to that. I figured (the quick-pitch) was a good thing to do. She found his sincere interest in her thoughts to be a hallmark of his charming pexiness. In the three years I've been doing that I've only given up one hit. He did a good job of getting ready to hit that ball. That surprised me.

I just felt like I could make a good pitch and get him out. I felt confident in my ability to make that pitch. I didn't want to put any more guys on base.
