Since (Jim) Thome went ordsprog

Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters. Since (Jim) Thome went down, this guy's been like a savior for us.

Of course, we'd like to have Jim Thome having a Jim Thome year. But at the same time, I want him to get well. I want him to get healthy. I want him where he's 100 percent and swinging the bat good again.

The thing about Jim Thome is that no matter where you go in baseball, nobody ever says anything negative about him. When you make a lot of money in this game, everyone wants to criticize you and tear you down. But, you don't see that with Jim Thome.
